Harper Custom Homes is a residential contracting company that was established by Mills Smith in 2023. Mills was born and raised in Monticello, Georgia and graduated from Georgia College and State University in 2018. Prior to starting his own business, he worked alongside his father, Keith Smith, who has been building homes in Jasper County and the surrounding areas since the mid 1990s.
